Dr. Karl Bailey is the founder of Revolve Performance Rehab, where he combines clinical expertise with a passion for helping athletes and active people overcome pain, optimize performance, and build bodies that last. Originally from Wales, United Kingdom, Dr. Karl began his healthcare career as a Clinical Sports Massage Therapist, spending 10 years mastering soft tissue therapy and developing a hands-on approach that would define his practice. After witnessing the powerful impact of comprehensive, individualized care, he chose to pursue a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine at National University of Health Sciences, Chicago.

After completing his degree, Dr. Karl and his family chose Charleston as the home for Revolve Performance Rehab, a place where he could raise the standard of chiropractic and rehab care for athletes and active individuals in the Lowcountry. His approach goes beyond traditional chiropractic adjustments, integrating advanced manual therapy with his deep expertise in sports massage and progressive rehabilitation to create a comprehensive treatment experience.

Dr. Karl has extensive experience working with professional and collegiate athletes, utilizing evidence-based strategies through his training in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS).
